Before we can extract your precious metals, we must bring it to a state where we can separate pure metal from base metals. Our burning station completely melts your scrap, allowing us to yield pure metal.
Lots over 500 oz. are efficiently processed in our large melt furnaces. All melting crucibles are cleaned or “sweat” after the pour to ensure that all precious metal is recovered for our customers.
In order to ensure both an accurate assay and maximum payouts to our customers, strict procedures are followed to ensure a homogenous sample is taken. We never take shortcuts, and only use x-ray for spot-checking material before we melt it. Our payouts are always based on a true fire assay done in our in-house laboratory.
